Shipping & Returns

Twisted Zone products are made to order through print-on-demand partners. Each piece is produced after you place your order — there is no warehouse stock for Drop 01.

Production

Production times vary by product and print partner. Typical production windows (before carrier shipping):

Glitch Tee — typically about 1 business day
Varsity Jacket — typically about 3–4 business days
Glitch Snapback — typically about 4+ business days
Track Pants — typically about 4 business days
Shard, Drip, and Orbit Sneakers — typically about 4 business days

Some items (including sneakers and all-over-print pants) may ship from overseas partners, which can add transit time after production.

Shipping

Once production finishes, your order ships with tracking. Delivery windows depend on destination and carrier. You will receive tracking by email when the label is created.

Returns & exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind, fit preference, or buyer’s remorse. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number — we will work with our production partner on a replacement or refund as appropriate.
